I don't discount the sickness though because Angulo looked like extremely slow dog doodoo against Cintron. Smith fought the wrong fight too, especially if he was sick the entire week leading up.

Giving vets/journeymen 2 months to prepare, instead of the usual short notice, is dangerous because you can't expect the same fighter.

Still think a healthy Smith beats Tyner in a return match and Jones if they fight too.

DAM!!!I missed the fight & it's disappointing cause I've seen Smith fight many times before & he looked really good against good opponents, as a matter of fact in his last 3 or 4 fights Smith was the underdog & clearly won those fight(scoring stoppages in his last 2 fights before this 1)..Ironically Smith was the favorite in this fight, I guess he does better being the underdog...Gotta see when this fight get's on youtube..

Smith fought the wrong fight, seems he was trying to be the first to stop Tyner. Smith isnt as good defensively as he thinks he is also.

Smith fought a very ****** fight, although he was doing pretty okay while doing it.

That body shot was the sickest I've seen since Penalosa-Gonzalez.

Just watched this fight, great fight it both guys were eating alot of punches and smith's eyes was ****in huge.

That was a good fight. I'd heard about some good things about Smith but hadn't seen him and wanted to see him do well but I started rooting for Tyner cause the Showtime crew (minus Tarver) were hangin' off Smith's nuts shamelessly. It was sweet vindication when Tyner KO'd Smith, though both guys pretty much fought their ass off and I would be happy to either of them again.
