But now that Mosley agreed to those same stipulations, Pacquiao is willing to comply. He now agrees to the same deal Mosley got, the same deal that was offered to him before.

Mayweather doesn't want to fight him though. If he wanted to fight, he would have already signed the contract. He wont say "no" either to save face. Instead he will wait out the deadline, forcing Pacquiao to move on.

There will NOT be a Mayweather Pacuiao fight this November.

    Peace
    This is real talk.

Show me an example of Floyd cleaning up the sport of boxing POST Mayweather/Mosley? LOLLL

Me too. But all indications are he just doesn't want to fight him. He understands without his zero significantly less people will buy his PPV's. It's a risk he isn't willing to take at the moment. Maybe he's waiting Pacquiao out until he drops off from the high he's been riding these past few years.

Nah........it's quite possible that Pacquiao will be out of his prime by then, due to his fighting style. Styles such as pacquiaos decrease career longevity.

I'm already starting to spot subtle signs......

                Quite possible it's Mayweathers strategy.

If he loses to pacquiao he will have 1 ppv to his upcoming fight.
