But the thing is Freddy Roach has been known to do those weight fines years prior the Mayweather fight offer (Morales 2, 3 & the OLDH fight) & they didn't come over weight.

Well, Floyd's defenders kept hollering loud that he had come out of retirement for Pac. They portrayed him like some couragous bountyhunter. Now Pac's agreed to his extravagant terms and the LVPD have an APB out on Floyd. Put that mother****er on a milk carton, he'll wind up skipping states to avoid Manny. *****Comment

We all know the Mayweather camp made up those accusations against Pacquiao last time to ruin the negotiation process. It worked. Pacquiao didn't want to look like a ***** by agreeing to everything. He had every right to.....those are not the rules in boxing. But now that Mosley agreed to those same stipulations, Pacquiao is willing to comply. He now agrees to the same deal Mosley got, the same deal that was offered to him before.
Mayweather doesn't want to fight him though. If he wanted to fight, he would have already signed the contract. He wont say "no" either to save face. Instead he will wait out the deadline, forcing Pacquiao to move on.
There will NOT be a Mayweather Pacuiao fight this November.

The fact that you even asked this question and not knowing the answer, proves that you don't know anything, you're a pac hater, or *****.Comment
