I think Floyd thinks PAC is to much of a risk for his precious "0"

This is the most likely senario.

But now that Mosley agreed to those same stipulations, Pacquiao is willing to comply. He now agrees to the same deal Mosley got, the same deal that was offered to him before.

Mayweather doesn't want to fight him though. If he wanted to fight, he would have already signed the contract. He wont say "no" either to save face. Instead he will wait out the deadline, forcing Pacquiao to move on.

There will NOT be a Mayweather Pacuiao fight this November.

          Peace
Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but Shane never asked for 14 day cut-off dates. He submitted to random testing and passed them all.

Whether you think Floyd's previous fights were less risky, it's still a risk whenever he steps inside the ring. Truth is, you never really know what can happen inside a ring. And if ever the the time Floyd should really risk his '0' then a fight with Pac is the best time since the Reward over Risk is the biggest he will ever receive in his career.

Biggest risk, biggest reward. However I wouldn't call his other purses chump change. If he loses his Zero he can say goodbye to his disproportionately high PPV buy rate for the amount of fans he has. I think he values this over one fights purse since it is his way of being "Money" Mayweather. His fights after he loses will sell significantly less. He knows this.

I actually know the answer (It isn't part of the commission) but i was asking for it to get answered by the poster who said Mayweather makes his own rules/stipulations up since Team Pacquiao have been doing that since 2005.

                  I'm neither a '*****' or '*******', I'm a fan of both but i say it how i see it.

ppl will respect him more the moment they see him step inside the ring. For until then he will feel that the world is against him for coming up with these demands. I met of ppl who are Floyds fans, and we used to argue who is the best. After hearing floyds demand they quickly realise how coward floyd is.
