I wouldn't be surprised if Donaire's stay at 118 is short.

He's huge at the weight and while he's moving up after this fight, it will only be three pounds.

To many of these articles.somethings up.either he's scared and knows he'll lose (making early excuses) or he' trying to throw the fight so he can get some of those champs that are suposably dodging him like they claim.

This is Donaire's last fight at 115. Win, lose, or draw. He is moving to Bantamweight after this match. From advice from his own trainers, so it's pretty much a done deal.

Donaire is bossy, I want to see him fight 118. No Montiel fight for him though, fuck that. That fight is reserved for Hasegawa. Donaire should dismantle Mares.
why would you wanna see Hasegawa get ko'd again?after the fight team Hasegawa was saying he had wieght issues.if he can't make the wait and Montiel stops him again then what kind of win is that?**** that, move on theres wv2 and others at superbantam weight just waiting to lose.

This dude is needs to challenege himself already. Enough is enough. Stop weight draining to fight little people. Move up to Bantam and fight REAL threats like Montiel, Hasagawa, Perez, Moreno and Mares.
Are you really saying that with Paul Williams in your sig? lol

Honestly, I think it's his size that makes him an unattractive matchup in the 112-115 divisions. I honestly think he'll have a hard time finding fights in the 118-122 pound divisions too because of his size.

He's the Paul Williams of those light divisions, being frozen out of the mix due to his size.
