Before the fight it was Mayweather was ducking Mosley, No one said Mosley was old or that he ducked the fight in 2006 when both should have fought, Now you want me to join you with the "Mosley" was old? Well get over it, Mosley was 38 year old and the WW king, He got in their and got his ass kicked NO EXCUSES.
You calling Mosley a ducker? That is too funny!!!

If you mean Mosley's comments after a fight. Well, that was L. Merchant begging for the possibility of a fight. Mosley fought mid July and they wanted the fight to happen in November. Mosley said that was not my plan and preferred early next year BUT stated, for this year if the price was right, he wouldn't rule it out. Mosley said, if not then NEXT YEAR. What happened? It never happen and then Floyd retired.

Before the fight: Even Floyd fans boasted that Floyd would punish that "old" Mosley.

Who cares? They fought and he lost! I could go down the road of making excuses with you but i have got time for it, You are the one coming out with excuses about how Mosley was old etc, There is NO excuse in the boxing game, He has his chance and he lost. Give credit where credit is due instead of looking for the next best excuse, In 2006 he wasnt "Old" like you put it but he duck the fight because of a toothache/Vacation.

Right. They NEVER want to acknowledge this here. It won't be any different when he stops Manny.

How can your statements be taken seriously if you don't even care if Mosley was 100 years old. As for calling out, primed boxers such as Margo, P. Williams, Martinez and many more have called him out too but they never fought.

So for you, Holmes beating an old ALi was an awesome feat. Tyson beating an old rusty Holmes was awesome feat. You can just give so much credit to the fighter when there are so many other factors involved.

When you compare the Mosley that fought Mayweather to the two fighters in those situations, you lose credibility and can't be taken seriously. Holmes LOST his previous fight and looked like crap. So he wasn't going to better 2 years later. And Tyson was a lot younger than Mayweather. Ali was not only past his prime and inactive, but showing the symptoms of Parkinson's disease before his fight with Holmes. Mosley was coming off one of the most impressive wins of his career. When he stepped in the ring to challenges Mayweather, people like you said "Mayweather was scared" Laughed at him for mentioning they "played basketball together" and swore up and down that Mayweather would duck Mosley. Now after he not only fights Mosley, but dominates him, you pull out these pathetic excuses. That's what separates serious boxing fans from the WWE crowd that analyzes fights with their emotions. No matter what you think of fighter personally, separate that from what they do in the ring. You should try that sometime.

Thats why i didnt pay any attention to that part of his post, Looking for lame excuses and trying to compare different situation like the Holmes/Tyson/ali shows he is someone that lacks the intelligence need to comprehend the simple details.

Vacation: Mosley had already fought twice that year and preferred to fight him early 2007 as he did against Collazo(February). Floyd never did fight him, and then retired in 2007.

Well, for you they are excuses but if you don't even care if Mosley was 100, then it kind of shoots down your points.

So you are saying that Mosley was in his prime? Not old? Not rusty? Please!!!!!!!! Even a young Floyd said after his break that he needed a tune up, "easy" fight (Marquez) .... oh, yea, that was OK because now we are talking about Floyd!!!

If Floyd fights until he is close to 39 and loses, I bet you that you would say, well, that was not the Floyd we all knew .... you know, ...blah, blah, blah

You can't pick a few fighters and expect all boxers to be able to do that. Hopkins picked apart Pavlik because Pavlik had a Kryptonite and Hopkins was clever enough to put it into plan. Hopkins also beat an old Roy Jones Jr. Do you think he would have beat a primed RJJ?

If you and Ray agree with that then I have some land fill to sell you.

Mosley was fighting someone that had a particular style (Floyd) that would show how old he really is.
