I feel ya. But they moved Berto pretty fast if you ask me. Alot faster than say for instance JuanMa. And he's handling it pretty well as far as I can see. Instead of Quintana he was gonna fight Shane, who lets face it would spark out Quintana with one hand tied behind his back.It said that Mayweather-Pacquiao wasn't official...
Lol, it was obviously deleted because I was being a douchebag troll.
Yeah, I mean, the first time I saw him was against Estrada. He looked okay I guess, but just hasn't progressed much past that, other than this Quintana fight.Comment

sup bro, speaking of devon how do you think him and bradley matchup against berto?
Yeah I dont think hes done but his punch resistance has definately decreased and imo it was his victory over Pwill that took it out of him, man he was taking some bombs.Comment

Berto has impressive speed, but besides his competition choices, fans get frustrated with him with his quick to clinch mentality. He doesn't even do it that well. Unlike Hatton, Ward, and Hopkins, Berto doesn't rough fighters up well and he looks lost in the clinch.I've been watching Berto for quite some time. And I was impressed with his speed and how he used to put punches together. Berto is a damn good fighter. I think the Urango fight lost him some fans along with Collazo, but that was due to the hype around him. I remember watching him on ESPN as he was starting to gain the hype, so I can see how people are a little put off by him, but the kid is sharper than everybody is giving him credit for.
His defense needs works too. He's an alright fighter, but he's not one of the best fighters in the sport. He's one of the only options left at Welterweight now though.Comment

I honestly think that if the Devon that starched Urango shows up against Bradley, than Bradley is gonna take his first "L". Devon is hittable so it would be a different story against Berto, but Berto hasn't seen the type of mixture of speed and power that Devon brings. So Devon and Andre would be a fairly even fight with Berto taking it based on his experiance(being in there with Collazo helped him more than we think IMO). Bradley would lose to Andre by UD, again I think the experiance would be a factor, plus Andre is just as strong if not stronger than Tim, and would bully him around until he got what he wanted. Andre's chin does worry me though but only against Devon. Tim's got some pop but only enough to keep yur attention and not make you gameplan around it.Comment

IDK homie. When Berto utilizes the clinch it's more so to keep your timing off, because he speed would be upset by being timed. So he doesn't clinch to induce any inside fighting, just merely to throw the timing of his opponent off, so to me it works pretty well. I believe he is growing out of his trainer right now and the longer he sticks with his group with no new additions he's gonna suffer in the ring. Berto is a damn good WW(on the cusp of being a great----NOT ELITE, but great WW). Hatton clinched to get off on the inside, just like Ward; BHop on the other hand did it to mentally get you out of your gameplan, so again there is a different motive behind the clinch. BHop was more of the bully than the other fighters that you mentioned, using old school tactics in the clinch ie. elbows, head, forearms. Whole different case than which Andre employs clinching IMHO.Berto has impressive speed, but besides his competition choices, fans get frustrated with him with his quick to clinch mentality. He doesn't even do it that well. Unlike Hatton, Ward, and Hopkins, Berto doesn't rough fighters up well and he looks lost in the clinch.

I think bradley would be able to outbox devon he a very dimensional fighter he has a great blend of inside and outside fighting, even though devon had quite a bit more pop he would not be able to physically bully bradley. Both have showed great chins so I would predict a decision, theres a question mark over bradleys ability to deal with a southpaw of devons calibre which worrys me but all in all I dont really see what devon can do to beat him, his defense is very leaky though hes smarter than hes given credit for, he often sets up some good traps with the right jab. I just think devon is the more seasoned and dimentional fighter with enough physical attributes and volume to overcome devons skillset and natural gifts, I see the fight panning out as an 8-4 decision in favor of bradley. I still can't picture how alexander and berto would pan out but devon stopping him would not surprise me that much. Berto-bradley for me is a pick'em and I think we'd see the best of both of them in that fight, an extremely entertaining close decision.I honestly think that if the Devon that starched Urango shows up against Bradley, than Bradley is gonna take his first "L".
