What really makes sense is. Floyd agreed to fight Marquez at 144, then come weigh in, he comes in at 146 and says $600k penalty, piece of cake.

Floyd can come out with any demand he wants, and if Pac accpets it and losses then he can't make excuses on the reason he lost cuz of a Floyd demand and vice versa BTW Floyd on the same boat.
