SO Manny can make Demands as long as warriors are willing to accept them.

Its the way the world works, even Oscar made concessions to the Pacquiao. Pacquaio is on a roll and the rules are different for him for some reason. Nobody cares about his catchweight dilemas even the WBO made Cotto defend b/c they know what everybody else knows and thats the whole damn world wants to see Pacquaio fight.
