No ****, I Roger is physically more capable of training Floyd (Sr. has some health issues going on) and it wasn't until his comeback that their relationship has been good. I'm not saying its optimum but if Roger goes to jail for a while, do you expect Floyd to just retire?

floyd pratically trains himself. all roger does is holds the mitts for him. jeff could easily fill in for roger. floyd is an intelligent boxer who doesn't need someone else telling him what to do. didn't you watch the floyd/mosley fight? floyd's corner was pleading for him to backpedal after mosley almost KTFOed him, but he ignored it and kept doing what he wanted to do. floyd doesn't need a real corner, all he needs is for ellerbe to rub his chest and for jeff to give him water.

now pac is a whole different animal. pac doesn't have the boxing IQ that floyd has. that's why pac can't fight without roach.

Similar situation, head trainer unavailable, one situation obviously tougher to deal with (death) but still overcame to a degree. Both Pac and Floyd could probably beat almost anyone but each other without their corners at this point. Floyd does have an edge though because of his IQ and he still would have the man that taught him most of what he knows.

If Roger is sent to jail for the charges its not like he's going to be gone for a month or two. "He's being charged with felony charges of coercion, battery-strangulation and battery with substantial bodily harm in connection with the alleged assault." If Roger is gone for a year or two, do you honestly think 1.) Mayweather will stay active 2.) Pac will wait?
