Why request a 14 day cut off when...

True the May/Mosley fight had testing only 18 days before the fight but all it takes is an anonymous phone call to the USADA and they'll be knocking on Pac's door at 3am the day before the fight.Comment

Well, if the issue is the cut off date and not knowing when exactly the testing will stop, how's this for a compromise; The USADA agrees to not test any closer then 14 days before the fight, UNLESS there are any strange results from the urine tests after said date
I find this better then a guarntee that there wont be any testsd at all.Comment

I think they base their testing further on the results so far as well as the urine tests after, not random, nighttime phone calls.Comment

No, please don't delete these threads. Keep 'em coming.
When Fraud fights Whoever, the media all over the world should focus on OST up to the day of the fight. 18 days cut-off is unacceptable. F**k that.Comment

One would think, however Tagert made it pretty clear that had they received notice from a wistle-blower they would have performed additional testing.Comment
-
i imagine wistle-blower would be someone in Pac's camp, some one who could know this, not just some random person making a nighttime call. If there was no wistleblower against Mosley, a known cheat, why would there be one for Pacquiao.Comment

If the USADA choses to stop testing, without the fighters knowing, at any point, it would still be random testing, a concept few *******s understand. If Pacquiao or Mayweather chose when to stop testing, then i'm afraid it's not random. but i'm wasting my time, cause i don't think you have ever had a rational thought in your head, you just blindly hate Mayweather and lover Pacquiao. For ****s sake, you're the one who thinks Mayweather runs the USADA.Comment
