According to that radio interview with Arum, it was 50/50 with the 14 day cutoff. I'm assuming if it was anything less (full testing), Arum would be SCREAMING it from the rooftops.

Last time i checked it was Top Rank AND GBP who BOTH signed off on the proposal.. so that means it was a fair deal for both sides and since Floyd goes through GBP to do everything then that means his terms were most likely met... still waiting on Floyd to sign...

Where did you read that GBP signed off on the proposal? The last thing I read was a comment by Richard Schaffer in which he said, "no comment" when asked about the alleged agreement that Arum claimed they had. Bob Arum was the one who claimed they had an agreement. NO ONE ELSE HAS SAID THIS! So, as far as anyone with any sense knows, there is no deal because anyone with any sense won't believe anything that comes out of Bob Arum's mouth without confirmation.

at this point i honestly don't care if the fight happens. been waiting a year (since pacquiao beat hatton) for this fight to go down, and it seems like these dudes keep going in circles. i don't care anymore, in the end it's just entertainment.

if the fight doesn't happen, i'm sure i'll have something else to entertain me on nov. 13. at this point it's w/e tho....if they find a way to get it signed, then i'll get excited again.

What will happen with this situation is Mayweather will turn the fight down. All the internet writers and haters on this site will claim he is ducking Pac because they will believe all the bull**** that Arum is feeding them. Pac will fight Cotto or Margarito in a fight that sells less PPVs than the Clottey fight. Mayweather will fight whoever for another $20 million and do better on PPV again. Arum and Pac will come back next year with a ridiculous offer of 50/50 and no cutoff date for testing and once again con all the idiots on this site and the internet writers/haters into believing that they are making "major" concessions.
