    50/50 is fair, based on?

Well no **** Sherlock it's up to the fighter if they want to sign their name on the contract or not.

Golden Boy represents floyd, they negotiate for floyd and they promote floyd.

why would they agree to 50/50 and 14 days when floyd said hes not going to allow it and its off the table? see where im going with this?
First off, Burner is the one that said he thinks it's probably 50/50, we don't know that. Second, why wouldn't he accept 14 days? Third, Golden Boy nor Floyd has came out and said anything about the proposal, so again I smh at everyone jumping the gun.

Be patient people. It's not mid-july yet, which is apparently the deadline from Bob Arum to accept or reject. We've only heard one side of the story, lets all wait and hear what Floyd/Golden Boy have to say and what they are going to do.

        I don't understand this thread.

The deal sounds fine. Whats the problem?

The only problem I see is Packy caving to drug testing, which is pretty ******ed on his part.

I see nothing wrong with it. Seems like a very generous offer on pacquiaos part.

I agree bully but these clowns need anything to flame. My thing is this; 150k more buys is not enough to justify anything more than 50-50. Even when Pac vs Cotto did 1.25 to Floyd vs Marquez 1 mill, I still felt 50-50 was right. Now if Floyd would have done over 1.5mil then I could see him making a case for 55-45 or even 60-40.

I understand exactly what you are saying and I agree...

Obviously if GBP is representing Floyd, then Floyd has communicated what he wants, and GBP is out to try and get it for him... so it Top Rank and GBP have agreed on terms... essentially theyve agreed on what Floyd wants..

I fail to see what's wrong with Pac's offer. Hell u don't even know if its 50/50. If Arum offered 55/45 split for floyd with a 14 day cutoff u don't think floyd would be dumb not to sign?

Basically, Reed. Which is why we know they have nothing to do with that 14-day cutoff offer.

"14 days and 50/50? Excellent, just what Floyd wanted!"
