Hes one of the greatest fighters ive ever seen. a legend he has nothing to prove to boxing no more. hes won titles lost titles won them again. Hes been thru alot you cant judge him cause you never had the success he had the temptations he had. Hes only human, but he was a great fighter. If you look at american heavyweights today you konw how great mike was. Chris Areolla is a good fighter but nothing like Tyson was in his prime. Thank Mike for for what he did for the sport. Thats why hes on EA sports Fight Night covers. He did alot for the boxing.

Good to hear that he's stepping back from the ring, I wouldn't mind seeing him getting into commentating on hbo, I know he would be a BIG risk but Ill watch anything Tyson does, he could race against usain bolt or play ping pong, I would watch.just stay out the ring and go in the hall of fame next year as scheduled.

I'd love to see Iron Mike become a commentator. I don't think any network is going to take that risk but I'd love to hear his insight during fights. Mike knows boxing like very few fighters do today. He studied it like crazy. It'd be interesting to bad it won't happen.

Any more kind words for the record setting ex-heavyweight champ of the world?

I also don't believe he should return to the ring, but I'd rather remember his better days. He didn't kill anyone.

If punkazz Evander Holyfield hadn't been headbutting all thru the fight (first fight also) maybe he would still have his full original ear. I have no sympathy for Evanders punkazz getting bit what-so-ever. Evander Holyfield deserved it! Well documented: Holyfield was one of the most dirtiest fighters in boxing.
                      Mike wasn't havin it.

The major reason Evander beat Alex Stewart was because of headbutting. I thought you knew.

When somebody is accused of something that they didn't do as Mike was and then is subsequently convicted for it (like the ****) the conviction is made that much more horrible. They had well respected lawyers and law Professors go over Mikes **** conviction transcripts. There opinion was: It was an overwhelming classic case of railroading that they had ever seen.

That's what I hate about the white media. They are good at tearing people down, but when it comes to light that they were wrong they aren't very forthcoming in rectifying. Michael Jackson is a classic example. See the documentary "Gone too soon" or Paula Zahn's doc on Michael Jackson and educate yourself!

And also, it's not a question of whether or not folks are praising Mike or any other boxer for that matter. It's just a case of giving the man is due respect.

In his prime (which was cut short by the **** conviction) Mike Tyson was the most exciting, fearsome and ferocious heavyweight champion that there has ever been. Lennox Lewis and Evanader Holyfield never had such a following as Mike Tyson. Tyson was ALWAYS the draw!!!!!!!!! Tyson put the asses in the seats!

That's why Lennox Lewis punkazz and Evanader's punkazz didn't want anything to do with Mike Tyson until he was well aged. In his prime he was the best.

So dig a 6 foot deep hole and bury yourself........later
