I'm glad even *******s can admit that there was an cut off date for the Mayweather/Mosley fight, and of 18 day no doubt, the only difference is the fighters didn't know about it and were still expecting to be tested at anytime, so why request the 14 day cut off in the first place, why need a guranteed window that you wont be getting tested in if you already know that if no further tests are needed they will be stopped? Suspect behavior if you ask me.

I say let the USADA decide when the testing stops.

So fair that they refused these stipulation in March. Fight should have been signed 3 months ago but team pac said NO. Time=$$$, and Team Pac wasted 3 months so they have to come up with some concessions to make up for failing to equal ppv sales and wasting everybody's time. If they don't want to fine but don't pretend like you are making a serious effort to get the fight done. Just come out and announce Cheatto vs Pac because that's what they really want anyway.

You tell me numbers don't lie the guy could only sell half of Floyd's ppv and made less money on the gate with thousands more tickets sold. That doesn't add up for the "most popular" fighter today. Unless his fans are the cheapest of the cheap. Why didn't Manny accept in March? Either come up with a serious offer or announce Cheatto vs Pac. No more pretending to negotiate when it's clear that's not what's going on. From a pure business standpoint you can't demand anything from a position of weakness. Now what happens if Marg vs pac sells 700k again and PBF vs TBA sells 1mil+ again? Then they will get an even less % cut and look even dumber.

So 6 months later Arum agrees to Floyd's deal. Only Mayweather already retracted the offer 5 months ago.

Let's be serious nobody wants to see Marg/Cotto vs Pac. Because Cotto already lost to pac, nobody wants to see another catchweight fight, and people don't want to support a cheater(Marg). So when pac fights either fighter and sells less than the 700k he did with Clottey he won't even get offered the 40% - 50% he is being offered now. Depending on how low the numbers get PBF might even ask for anything between 60-70 percent. If this fight is to happen it must happen now, 50/50 and full OST. NO more excuses I hope that is what it comes down to in the end.
