Its's not about the blood testing anymore. The dispute is 60/40 now. It's Arum's fault for not taking Floyd's previous offer. Now, Floyd has more legitimate leverage in negotiations for the money.

The issue was and will always be the testing. Pacquiao the user doesn't want it. And Arum isn't about to allow his cash cow to either get caught or to look like **** against Floyd of all people.
