I took you to mean prime Cotto. Modern-day Cotto would get brutally slaughtered (i.e. he would land well under 10%). Prime Cotto was an extremely accurate puncher and would probably land around 20% at least glancingly.

Cotto isn't the fastest guy out there but the thing that always impressed me with cotto is his timing, accuracy/precision. He places his punches very well. Not to mention he feasts on pure boxers. Now Floyd isn't ur ordinary pure boxer, he's obviously special but still cotto would give floyd problems. Based on the style match up.
