How many punches per round would Cotto land against Mayweather?

I really don't think Cotto would respect Mayweather's power and he'd have energy in the opening rounds (rounds 1 and 2 and maybe part of 3). He'd be pumping his jab and I think he'd land more than most think. Though, throughout the fight, Cotto would not only wear down but start to really respect Mayweather's power (which is so underrated) and Mayweather would drastically cut down his workrate.. So 10-14 in the opening rounds, followed by falling down to 1-5 and either a late stoppage or wide decision.
Wow, that was hard to admitComment

There are a few threads on Cotto/May fight and I've been away for a few days.
Did Roger or the Maywether camp said anything about a possible fight with Cotto if Pacquiao doesn't budge to some of their drug testing demands?Comment

Mosley landed 20% of his total punches against Floyd. I just don't see Cotto doing any better, even with his jab which Mayweather is very good at neutralizing. Cotto always abandons the jab after a few rounds anyways.Comment

10-14 punches, throwing 65-71 punches per round.
His jab and left hook will land pretty often do to his timming.
any version o Cotto gives Floyd trouble.
Too bad it will never happendComment
