The same Mosley lost by a rd or two against a better version of Cotto. He also destroyed Margarito, who destroyed the same version of Cotto, so it is very relevant. It's also relevant as the left hook is Shane and Oscar's best punch and both were nuetralised, in Shane's case it was completely neutrelised.

      They weren't even real fights.

      Mayweather doesn't take real fights.

Cotto would get completely FUUCKED UP

How many did Mosley land per round?

          Somewhere around that number. 5-10.

Mosley landed 20% of his total punches against Floyd

            7/49

Mosley landed in the single digits 9 out of 12 rounds, and it was the first two rounds landing in double digits. Again, I just don't see cotto landing more than that and I especially don't see cotto throwing 60-70 punches per round!!! lol

Cotto has a bit of hesitancy about himself sometimes and I doubt he could time Mayweather, despite having good timing. Mayweather is too quick and accurate. I see Cotto getting worn down and if he reverts to type he might get stopped late, but I see him being more cautious.

I can see Mayweather trying to make Cotto come to him so he can try what he did to Hatton.

Those that think floyd would KO cotto are on crack. Cotto has the heart of a warrior and his weakness is pressure-brawling fighters. He wouldn't beat floyd but cotto's face would stay quite clean for the most part unlike the disfiguring that he had against margarito and pac. Cotto's jab would keep him in the fight for the first 4 rounds before floyd figures him out and starts to dominate him with clean crisp rights for a unanimous decision. Also Horus is a dumb **** for thinking at 145 pd marquez is a tougher match than cotto. Dude needs to be tested for being retarted.

                    Just below 10. (on average)

I believe the fight would look pretty much like the Mosley-fight, without Cotto hurting Floyd that badly but on the other hand having a little more success throught out the fight. Still an easy UD for Floyd though ofc.

Cotto is too flat footed to beat Mayweather, he would get pot-shotted in a boring fight. Mayweather would be able to get off far too much and use his legs to.
