Do you believe that Arum's "proposal" is real or "media spin"?

Team Floyd didn't say anything and it's actually good, they're keeping it down and let Arum be the jackass.

What I'm saying is if ODLH kept his mouth shut and worse wasn't misquoted as Schaeffer said regarding the fight, then Arum is the one solely to be blamed, you can include pacquiao too, but he has yet to sign either.

Coz you got Arum telling the whole world that everything's all set and it's all on Floyd's court, as a promoter co-ing the event, they should've called out Arum's BS and correct it as such that it's all a lie.

Wait a second mate, you saying it like I'm blamin' Team Floyd not saying anything? Why? Never said anything toward 'em.

I got my beef on GBP, coz if there's anything that was proven from this whole mess, is that NO ONE CAN FORCE FLOYD WHAT TO DO!

The least GBP can do is cooperate, that's all I'm sayin'.

If I'm wrong about the "court ordered" Gag order, let me know though.
so when they originally said "gag-order" they were being a bit facetious? is there any way to prove there is a literal court order either way? i'm not even sure what your saying is accurate. i dont think its a go back and forth scenerio when getting a gag order. even if that was the case, i think both parties are intelligent enough to get it right the first time.

just speculating, but wouldn't the items arum mentioned surely have been in a gag order? so we can talk about glove size, purse split--------but not ring size, manny's choice of sock [ya know, the kind thats not hella tight that makes him lose fights, yeah----not those] venue, and drug testing?

I'm a floyd fan that hates catchweights in championship fights because it usually means the bigger draw forces the champ down in weight. I think that is a b!tch move if floyd, manny, khan, jcc or any other "big draw" does this when they are "moving up in weight"

I didn't post that to make manny look bad as his fans post. I posted it because its the truth. I also posted if floyd makes martinez fight at 155, thats a b!tch move too IMO. If you don't think its a big deal fine.

I don't think there's a court ordered gag order. Wouldn't that cost them more unnecessary dollars? And how would you present that to a judge trying to put a Gag Order on the details of a non-existent (presumably) contract?

Isn't it possible that Arum is afraid of Mayweather? Think about it: If Mayweather wins then Manny might lose some of his luster. If that happens, Arum won't be able to exploit him. Arum hates Mayweather, but I think he likes his money more, and he would not be able to haul in as much if Mayweather wins. But...if they draw, the potential for a trilogy could be so epic that boxing would be a household sport.

I do not think Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacquiao. I DO think that Mayweather is afraid to tarnish his record.

That's exactly why I don't think there's a court ordered Gag Order. Depending on the stipulations placed on that gag order, Arum nor ODH should've said anything at all let alone Oscar messin up and maybe letting too much out of the bag and or Arum making claims of the weight, glove size, purse, etc. Now with that being said, there's a lot both parties haven't covered when discussing both fighters' demands and other money sources (gate, PPV split), promotion, billing name (who's name goes 1st), etc.

I just think this time around the pressure is on both GBP and TR to get the fight signed. From what I'm seeing, it would take something out of left field to shut the fight down, and I don't see anything as of yet to make me think otherwise. Both dudes and GBP and TR are gonna make a killing.
