There is no way of knowing what could've happened if Cotto wasn't forced to fight at a catchweight, anything is possible.

The truth of the matter is, Bob Arum and Michael koncz will force Cotto to fight at a catchweight again.

ABS-CBN News spoke to WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto about a possible rematch with Pacquiao, who knocked out the Puerto Rican star last November to capture the WBO welterweight title. I'm sure these guys are scared stiff of Margarito.I would rather see Margarito vs Pacquiao than Cotto Vs Pacquiao.I know Cotto has a new trainer but I would rather have Margarito fighting.No one should be tested of drugs and no one's pads should be checked.
