Nobody is saying PED's are going to perfect a fighter's techique, help him throw a better left hook, or make him throw straighter punches. When you say boxing is won on skill, nobody is saying its going to help skillwise, but we know the more skillful guy doesnt win every time, therefore saying PED's have no positive effect in boxing is not such a knowledge angle dont you agree? We know EPO helps with red blood levels, so a guy who can outlast his opponent and win after his non-PED opponent is dead tired, wouldnt you say EPO benefitted the fighter who used them?

I am not a fan of Ward but he was always good, Victor Conte or not.
