And I bet he could test positive and still lose to Mayweather.

    So what?

I haven't heard a case for peds helping in boxing although I wish they would help some guys develop power and speed.

next time an athlete get's caught using PED's their argument should be "so what....they don't work anyway"

There are two posters debating back and forth on here who I really respect. IMDAZED and Jreck... However, the bold is the smartest thing that anybody has said in this thread.

        Very good Tua.

I think they should be legal because I believe they help psychologically and the mind is a powerful thing.

I don't think we should be cops.

I am working up my passion. Hopefully, I can equal some of Tua's famous lines

PED's work. It's undeniable. You and others have now moved on to other sports. More than a decade ago the Chinese women's swim team broke nearly every record in the book in a meet here in Austr. Do PED's help with a swimmer's technique?? Surely they do not......yet how is it these wo"men" were able to smash these records without the help of LZR suits they have today.

The alarm was quickly raised.....cause they were so juiced to the gills it was obvious and subsequently widespread steroid use was reveled.

How do steroids enhance a swimmers performance?

To claim that boxing is somehow the only sport on the planetr where PED's aere not beneficial is just absolutely un ****ing believable. Your eyes are just glues the *** shut.....

              i can't actually believe what i'm reading......

For a boxing example.....how about Guerrero vs Salido??

Tito does rule.....unless you know how to smother a left hook like Delahoya and Hopkins.....then he is an relatively easy beat. Sorry had to be said.

If something works make it legal.

                  I demand quality entertainment.

Guerrero is not that good dude. He was a hype machine waiting to be exposed.

They loved him cuz his wife

had cancer, and he's a great guy, but a good boxer he is not.

Salido was an experienced solid pro.

There is two courses of action:

                    1. make PED's illegal, and enforce the rule vigourously

                    OR

                    2. Make them legal = an even playing field.

Right now boxing is somewhere in the middle.

That's an option....but like the post above we are in no man's land. Some use, some don't. Those who do are unlikely to be caught because of announced and lax testing. either make it illegal and enforce it or just legalise it. The current situation is a disgrace. It's illegal, yet the illegality is enforced with all the gusto of a traffic cop!!!!
