I don't think it'll come down to chins because both guys have sturdy beards. Paul was a good puncher but not a killer. I just think the emotions that fuelled Briggs in his younger days aren't there anymore. The hate inside has gone, albeit replaced by (seemingly) a much better man.
It's the Hurricane's last stand and no-one wishes ill upon a fighter who brings it like he does. I just think the dark energies that made him a fighter aren't as potent in his psyche anymore. Green on the other hand is still a nutter and will likely always be. Two weeks from now we'll have all the answers.
