      yup, just move it back and forth. Thats really all that there is to it. Do that for 2 days and then glove one of your friends up and say hit me. Tell your friend not to hold back on power or speed, You will be amazed at how easily you make his punches stream past your head from those 2 days of moving your head. To the side of the right, under the hook, back under the right.... its like taking candy from a baby. Make sure that tell your buddy to go full bore or its nothing. Good luck...........Rockin'

              the slip bag and slip lines are good. tyson used the slip bag alot. when i used to train we would tie ropes from one corner of the ring to the other diagonally and bob and weave under the ropes. its especially good in the center where the ropes cross cuz you can move laterally and use your footwork while duckin the lines.
