Tysons movement was from a strong torso. he had a very strong abdomen.
        Both had a gift, though

          tobecome? is that spanish?lol----

man, just start shadowboxing slowly and start working the pads and heavybag----and take your time and move your head-----watch your stance----position your hips correctly though----just don't do what makivelli does and suck ****-----his head movement makes him look like on of those bobble heads---

stand on your back toe, start boucing around and moving your head---don't even worry about throwing punches yet----when you're on the heavybag, push the bag around some and walk around it moving your head as if you're about to punch it, but don't---just keep moving your head----find a rhythm to it----whatever makes you most comfortable and keep working it----do all that until you get some sparring in finally and try it out---you'll get hit most likely, but you'll learn how to start evading punches when you realize, you're getting hit and that **** hurts-lol---

you'll get it----i watch your little sparring session in the kitchen of your house---the video you posted up on here---you looked pretty horrible, keep it up----nah man, just take your time you know? stay loose when you move your head also---don't move it so stiffly, coz it'll be harder to avoid punches---maintain a steady bounce and keep your chin tucked and hands up enough to move and counter eventually---i always just shadowboxed until i got it down to a science. but you have to work your neck out, just not the way mak does it, remember that, that's important-----sparring is the best practice, but keep yourself in great shape always---stamina is the crucial key to all of this---to do it effectively and sharp---like i do it-----hahahahaha---i'm the **** at boxing----

Anybody can move their head. But skilled fighters can move their heads to make shots miss. They also move their heads trying to "draw" an opponent or feint their opponent.

Practice in the mirror until your blue in the face and you might get it to look like your doing it right. But standing underfire with real gloved fists aimed towards your demise is the only way to truely learn it. You would learn to slip that shot and then the next and so on. It becomes automatic like the lab rat and the light.

To learn you will certainly take your lumps. The ones who learn will always be the ones showing up again the next day asking for more..........Rockin'

Took the words right outta my keyboard.

Reminds me of some guy who asked:

"Pardon me, sir. How do I get to Carnegie Hall?"

Other guy responded: "Practice, Practice, Practice."
