    Selective criticism.


    That's like someone creating a thread asking, why doesn't Mayweather like fighting undefeated guys. After all he's only fought two his entire career, he didn't even fight a 3-0 or 6-0 guy in his pre-championship years. Just Corrales & Hatton.

    Personally, I'd say it's coincidental just like Manny fighting a few guys coming off losses is coincidental.

                      Barrera had won 8 straight the first time he fought Pacquiao.

                      Hatton was coming off two wins.

                      Marquez had gone 5 years without a loss going into the first fight with Pacquiao, and had won 4 straight going into the second fight.

                      Cotto was coming off two wins.

                      Why the hell did I even justify this thread with a response?
