well, you're right, but they are still over pricing him, i heard rumours about 250k being the minimum but that may not be correct, may even be higher, but the thing is, he doesn't have a belt to defend now and should be happy to get a fight.

Don't Pavlik realize now he is an ESPN fighter? Does he have too much pride to accept that? So much for HBO being so good to him like he claimed. Ha.

What does elite competition have to do with Pavlik?

This would be awesome on ESPN 2.
I would like to see the other way around to be honest. I just would like to see PAvlik vs Bute. Either way this would be an awesome night on ESPN

Bute vs. Brinkley is no higher than an ESPN caliber fight so this fits. Pavlik should have jumped at the offer to appear on the undercard, just to get his name out there again.

His people are horrible at running his career.

Done ? Andrade has always been a punching bag, but a punching bag with 2 arms very eager to punch at least as much as he gets punched.

He cannot be done now, cause it would mean he's always been done against elite competition, and since he almost beat Bute and beat current belt holder Stieglitz, I would say there are still some fighters out there that he can beat near or at elite level.

Why is Bute always fighting much lesser skilled guys.

Bute will knock Pavlik the **** out. I don't even want to see it. I believe I'd rather watch another shut out win over Bika.

                  Bika>>>>>>Pavlik

Bute won't get any recognition for knocking out Pavlik now that 80 years old Hopkins and 154 pounder Martinez have both ****d him.

Pavlik should retire if he can't beat Andrade. I expect Pav to win, though. He'll be at a healthier weight and his opponent is going to stand right in front of him all night.

because he is that superior to those guys
and because the other good fighters won't fight him 'cause they are *******, like Stieglitz
