After seeing the video in the OP it definitely changed my mind about Floyd.

Wow, can't believed it, I thought Floyd was a good boxer but now I consider him just a mediocre boxer at best. He almost got KTFO by an old past prime fighter.

The only way Floyd impresses me is if he destroys Pacquiao.

Looking at his career, he's fought mediocre opponent after mediocre opponent.

All potential ATGs Mayweather has fought:
JMM - which he fought at welterweight
Shane - WAY WAY past his prime. Almost 40 years old.
ODLH - past prime, split desc., was his best win out of the 3

That's bound to happen in toe to toe battles. Shane timed his shot perfectly. It's not the first time Floyd's been rocked.

What about if he cruises to a UD and takes Pac's title in the process?

If he can make Pacquiao look like he made Shane and JMM look, then he would be without a doubt the most skilled fighter of his era, which includes Pacquiao.

Gotcha. I get the feeling even if he beats Pacquiao he still won't get much credit from most of Manny's fans. But if Manny wins, Manny will be considered the best ever.

alot of Manny's fans on here have him as a top ten ATG already if not top 5 and they say he will be GOAT or at least number 2 if he beats Floyd. However they also assert that Floyd has fought nobodies and is a cherry picking ducker and fraud......so how does beating Mayweather do anything to enhance Manny's legacy......shouldn't we all be critical Manny a supposed top ten ATG for even fighting such a coward and fraud???

That's the irony. I understand a lot of fans' support of Manny for his exciting performances, but what if Manny eeks out a decision win? Will Floyd still be considered a fraud?

If Floyd struggles with Manny in a hard fought 12 round battle and wins, I'd give Manny much credit for the effort and would likely want to see them get it on again. I'm positive Manny would gain alot of Mayweather fans as well.

And honestly that's an outcome alot op people have discounted, which i think is foolish. if Manny can impose his style on Floyd and the speed differential proves just wide enough he can win a decision. In fact if Manny does win i think it will be by decision......i don't see him KOing Floyd.
