please I don't think I can take any more of that argument. We can look back on thousands of threads and posts to get everyones opinion. Mine was that Lennox had a tough time with Klits for sure..but I'm not of the opinion thats VK was on the way to knocking out LL. Good fight..wish Lewis would come back for a rematch.

He fought many great fights and thrilled me for years. His fights weren't always the most exciting, but all of his fights were events. I really enjoyed his career and I will miss him for sure.

I wouldn't put him too high on my alltime list, becuase he kind of was an underachiever with his lack of motivation and training...ie-a little lazy. I would definitely put him #10-15 somewhere and he would pose a stylistic problem for any heavyweight in History.

maybe Klits can get him back in there for one more

Lennox is a great fighter, but he went out like a *****. After Klitschko whooped his ass, Lennox was scared of giving him a rematch, so he retired. That's why he doesn't get respect from me, or my friends.

Lennox was a *****, he stayed in the amateur ranks out of fear of tyson in the late 80's even though he was older than tyson. he waited till tyson was 35 years old and way past it to fight him. he waited until Holyfield was friggin 37 to fight him. he wouldn't fight bowe in 93 unless he got purse parity, even though bowe was the UNDISPUTED champ, which is rediculous!! he was a ***** who fought bums until all the great fighters of his era got old and then he stepped in and made a false legacy for himself. you wouldn't even mention his name in todays times if he had fought a prime tyson bowe and holyfield, he would have lost to all of them

Lewis doesn't get much respect simply because he was too ****y for his own good. You can't be as ****y as Lewis was when Hasim Rahman and Oliver McCall knock you out. Not to mention the victories he did have were not very good. Beating an old Tyson(Cmon, Lewis nuthuggers, McBride even accomplished this in shorter time than Lewis) and Rahman(someone who will never be considered great)will never get you respect when your an ******* such as Lewis. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed watching him fight but his legacy is all based mostly on his own egocentric self-promotion. Not even a top-10 HW on my list, his chin was too weak to be top-10.
