As a Dawson fan I want to see him and Cloud fight bigtime. I think Cloud has a style to give Dawson trouble because of his stamina issues sometimes. I favor Dawson though but Cloud is no joke

every time a young fighter is doing well and starts to get recognize for it, it is always people quick to say "That fighter is overrated", how is Dawson overrated when he is just now starting to get "Rated"

by the way who the **** has Pascal beat? Adamek wasn't "OLD" when Dawson beat him, Adamek is better then anyone Pascal has EVER fought

I'm a Dawson supporter, big time. I hope Dawson beats Pascal and I hope it's a war so we can see a rematch and Dawson beats him again. Then I want to see Dawson fight Bute twice as well, and beat him twice. Then I want Dawson vs the Super 6 winner which will probably be Ward.

Fuck Cloud, he should fight more often and put more names under his belt because other than an old washed up Woods he got nobody. The two supposed old men Dawson beat a total of 4 times, were top 5 LHW's at the time Dawson beat them the first time, and top 10 the second time he beat them.

Clinton Woods was not a top 10 LHW when Cloud beat him and Woods had just been beaten one sidedly by Tarver.

Diaconu/Dawson was a fight I woudlve liked to have seen, but we know Dawson doesn't fight anyone under 40.

Dawson might need to be more aggressive in this fight is all I'm saying. It may be true that Dawson has the ability to hurt him. But he just hasn't shown that he is a puncher and by his own admission he tries to play it safe and fight intelligently.

I don't recall Chad saying "I play it safe" and I don't think that is a conclusion people should draw just because someone doesn't take ****** risks when a fight is in hand.

Dawson would have been an idiot to try to knock out Glen Johnson, anyone who does gets KTFO themselves, just like Yusef Mack did (Mack was the betting favorite so don't say that Mack sucks)

Against Pascal he will have a lot more chances to sit down on punches and show his offensive arsenal. It's going to be a very easy fight for Chad, he is just on a completely different level than Pascal.

Diaconu pulled out the fight the first time. So he fought a replacement and moved on to bigger and better things. That's Diaconu's fault. I don't even think dude was even hurt. I might be wrong though

Yea, if I remember correctly Diaconu pulled out with an injury the first time and Dawson passed on the fight the second time when he was "ducking" him.

I think Dawson will win a UD, but come on now, Pascal is a very good fighter, and there is a good chance he gives a tougher fight to Dawson than senior citizens Tarver and Johnson (and don't forget Dawson struggled against Johnson I and did not do all that well against Tarver II)

Cloud is unproven, I'll give you that. But when I watch the guy fight I see he has attributes like power, stamina, good body punching, a left hook, good defensive maneuvers when he wants to use them. His main flaw I see is he's a slow starter which most guys with the kind of style he has are.
