Zab is waaaaaay overrated obviously, but I like this fight. I think it's a good matchup that I would go see if it was a local card. I wouldn't necessarily pay to see it or clamor for it to take up space on an HBO or Showtime card but Zab-Santa Cruz has the potential to be a nice little fight.

Interesting fight for bets as well. PM me if interested.

It's such a shame, he was one of the most underrated skilled Boxers of this era. If only he had the mental edge to compete at his full potential.

His skill set was underrated, he just didn't had the mental edge to pushed himself to the limit.

when was it underrated, everyone always said zab was possibly the fastest/most skilled fighter out there. Please let me know when people were saying he wasn't skilled because I missed that completely.

Even in the amateur days Zab looked like something special. He never lived up to his potential, he does have the skills but lacks the mental decipline. The most focus I've ever seen him was the 2nd fight against Spinx. Mental toughness is harder to overcome than physical ones

I was just thinking the same thing. It would be a good test for both Khan and Zab. Zab is still crazy fast and if he can catch chinny Khan I think he can knock him out.

Well romie, yea I think ortiz stops him as well, but lot of people been saying they want to see if ortiz overcomes the maidana deafeat and see if he quits.IF and big IF zab comes in focused and has the mental state to OUTBOX ortiz for the whole 12, Either yoel or without yoel , I can see a W, but those "IFS" are far fetched. Aa far as khan, I see him easily using the physical advantages to dominate zab, jab him like crazy , just make sure keep that chin down

I think Khan would get KTFO by Judah. Judah had devastating power at 140 and we all know power is the last thing to go. Not only that Judah may not be as fast as he was, but dude is still quick, and his reactions were so amazing that now they are only above average.

The most talented 140 pounder I have ever seen as far as speed, power, reactions, dumbest one ever as well, kind of sad. His skill set isn't bad either, a very celebrated amateur he had a awesome stand out career as a amateur. Problem is he can only fight a 4 round fight.
