    Not so fast, natas.

The 2.4 million buys included A LOT of parties. In fact, I don't know anyone who didn't have a party (of the ones who watched).

I don't disagree with you...i just hope that the financial analysts over at GBP and HBO run the right price elasticities and sensitivity projections.

Well if they speculate the same way, then it will be business as usual. But my point was that setting any PPV buy records is secondary to what brings in the most $$$.

The undercard will suck no matter what. I hope that I'm wrong, but I have history on my side.

You would have to be a mug to pay that kind of money for a boxing fight.

Its all good man. The OP, PrinceCharles, says its possible that he has a "close relationship" with the Mayweathers. So technically, he IS the Source.

I have to admit though, it'd be a real treat and I'd proceed to call Bob Arum "god" if it ever happens. Maybe I'd call him santa claus, theyre both good.
Snap! Damn, that'd be like the best card ever

I won't buy it for 80. I'll stream it or watch the replay.
