The negotiation is over and the papers have been sent to Floyd for approval and signature. That means the terms even if they were not disclosed as of news time are agreed upon.

Whatever terms were agreed upon in the negotiation were surely vetted by Pac and/or floyd. Otherwise as in the first merry go round, the news that would have came out is that the terms were not agreed upon.
