Not clinching was Cotto's downfall. You're supposed to clinch against high workrate guys to mess up their rhythm and not let them get off. Cotto says that's not his style and that he's a warrior. That's not the right attitude, a great/smart boxer does anything he can to win. Maybe Mosley isn't great, but at least he had the right attitude and gameplan.

Paul Williams also clinched a lot and look how he whooped Margarito and dint let him get off.
