If a proposal was sent to Mayweather. That means the terms inside the proposal were agreed upon by both Top Rank AND Golden Boy, who are negotiating on behalf of Mayweather.

That scenario is very possible. They might not be looking for Floyd best interest. They might be looking for their best interest.

GBP are just as big of snakes as any other promotional company if not even bigger.

Lets not forget that Oscar was not looking out for Pac best interest.... Somebody who GBP has a stake on with his flip flopping comment about how hard Pac hits.
