Who has the best jab between these four middleweights?

Sturm easily has the best jab. He was able to outjab DLH who doesn't have a bad jab either and is a good boxer in his own right despite being in the wrong weight class.

Wright isn't far behind but he doesn't depend on his jab as much as Sturm. Wright use his jab very well but it is not a strong, damaging, or disruptive as Sturm's but can control a fight and is very effective and accurate.

Ike didn't have a great jab. It was more of a distance and rythm finder that would let him setup for combos. It's wasn't damaging or controlling. Kinda like a poking stick

Bad Intentions! Taylor is bar the best from those 4. Hopkins & Taylor are the 2 best middleweight in the world. We will find out on July 16th who is #1.

My man Jermaine Taylor easily won that poll. And although Hopkins is my dog, he's gonna taste that jab in his mouth and nose all fight and lose because of it.

I voted for Sturm. I think Winky and Taylor are tied for second. However I not seen Taylor in a while his jab is also very impressive. In this poll even though I voted for Sturm I dont know if there is clear winner between Sturm Wright and Taylor.

If Taylor beats Hopkins which I think he will a fight vs Wright or Sturm would be very interesting because all these guys have great jabs. I have always been a fan of fighters who have a good jab myself with the exception of Lennox Lewis.

Felix Sturm, Ike Quartey, Jermain Taylor and Winky Wright.
Also, if you want, comment your pick, and their jab differences (hand they use, speed, other hand position a that time, etc.).

Wright for two reasons. First, he can throw three or four jabs in succession faster than these other Middles. Second, he can throw that jab moving forward, laterally or even fading. Wright's jab is a lead, but can be an equally effective counter. You stand still and Wright's jab catches you, same thing if you take the lead, that jab keeps you off.
