Should HBO show Alexander Povetkin vs. Wladimir Klitschko?

    What do you think?

Should this fight between two former Olympic super heavyweight champions be on HBO?

Or is Ross Greenburg doing the right thing?

Is Klitschko vs. Povetkin less important than fights HBO are showing like Anthony Peterson vs. Brandon Rios?

You're asking a board of boxing fans, of course we want the fight on HBO. With that said, HBO makes their money getting casual fight fans to tune in and this fight just won't cut it with Americans. Wlad is in a tough position because there are no good American heavyweight atm and Haye doesn't want the fight. He is gonna have to fight Adamek if he wants to be on HBO again.

The last few Wlad fights have been dull, one-sided beatdowns and it probably does boxing more harm than good to show them in mainstream TV. That's not a slight on Wlad, it's not his fault the competition is so inadequate.

If Povetkin's no better than Chagaev, Thompson and Chambers then I wouldn't blame HBO for not bothering.

Povetkin is somewhat better than those guys.

He focuses on offense rather than defense, unlike Chambers and Thompson.

                  What the F.U.C.K?

Wlad / Povetkin could be a ****er. I guess I'll have to settle for that ****ty K2 web-stream or something.

Sounds good. I've never seen him fight before.
