There is NOTHING wrong with Floyd facing Martinez at a catch weight.

145 was cotto's number, not pac's. but if floyd asks for a catchweight, then its exactly the same thing as when pac asked for a catchweightComment

Floyd already fought Oscar at 54' and looks massive these days anyway, there's no need for a catchweight.
And a fight at 54' is for the 54' belt. Not his 60' belt. If he wants that Sergio can weigh 60' if he wants to.
Whatever weight its at, Floyd gets killed in this fight regardless so I don't even care tbh.
Will you bet all of your points on that if the fight comes off? I will.Comment

Fair point. I just don't want floyd negotiating the limit because I always hate that. If you want the belt beat the champ at his weight.Comment

Mayweather has never made an issue about weight so I don't think he would start with Martinez, Martinez will likely have the option to fight at 154-160, Mayweather will likely come in no higher then 154 regardless, if they fightComment

Stop lying. Pacquiao's team wanted 143 but Cotto refused to come in under 145. The negotiations for a catch weight came from Pacaquiao's team, not Cotto's. He didn't have a choice. No catchweight, no fight.Comment

First why would Floyd be seeking other options at that point..
If Floyd fights Martinez then its obvious he has ducked Pac...Comment

it's not a lie. team pac wanted 143. team cotto wanted 145. team pac gave into team cotto's limit. so 145 was cotto's number, not pac's.Comment
