There is NOTHING wrong with Floyd facing Martinez at a catch weight.

Please stop with the Cotto crap...

Pac is crapped on for that because:

    1. Cotto struggles to make 147 as it is.

    2. Pacquiao would be healthy as an ox while Cotto sweats down.

    3. Pacquiao has already fought at the 147 Pound limit before he fought Cotto.

    4. There was a 900k weight penalty on Cotto.

    5. He forced Cotto to weigh 145 pounds and Cotto didn't want his belt on the line if he had to come in under 147. But Bob put a bug in his ear.

I dont see how that comes close to what Floyd-Martinez is.

    1. Martinez has said "anywhere" between 154 and 160 is fine with him.

    2. Martinez has ZERO issues making 154.

    3. Martinez has ZERO issues making 160.

    4. Martinez has ZERO issue with his 160 Pound belt being on the line.

    5. Mayweather has never fought at 160 before.

Now if Floyd was asking Pavlik or Sturm to make 155 that would be a cheap, cowardly move because those guys would struggle to make that weight.

    Bring on Martinez!!

Lineal 160 Pound Championship...and he could fight him for the 154 Pound belt at the same time..lol.

(BTW- Floyd has not mentioned a catch weight anyway.)

    Dance Floyd fans..DANCE!!

Nothing wrong if both parties agreed mate, just like Pac-Cotto. Regardless of who makes the offer, if there's an agreement on both sides, then it's OK.

Yet, Cotto weighed in at 146 (Clottey), the fight before Manny. Funny how Cotto doesn't make excuses, but you have others doing it for him.

I disgree. If the fight is for Martinez belt then the max weight should be 160. floyd obviously can negotiate the catchweight because he is the bigger name. That would be pu$$y IMO.

It's just a matter of YES or NO from both sides IMO.

Let the nuthuggers cry for anything they wanna cry about it here in NSB.
