In all likelihood, it will be the basis for the fight not happening. Maybe a 55-45 split or 40-40 with the winner getting an extra 10%, otherwise the Pacquiao won't accept that split.

What do you mean he won't accept that split? His trainer said they will accept all of Floyd's demands and call his bluff. But Manny said he would not give in to any more of Floyd's demands. Am sure they would work something out, If am Pac i would want 50% and if am Mayweather i would want more than 50%. So its up to them to come right down to the middle.

If manny accepts 45-48% his guarantee, before ppv, would be almost $10-12 mil more than he made in total for the clottey fight. If he doesn't take this I think its reasonable to ask if Manny really wants to fight floyd.

Looking at it from a fan point of view yes 50-50 no cut off etc should be acceptable, Pac brings a lot of fans, alot of achievements, a country etc to the table, If you beat Pac now you would be an instant ATG, The same for Mayweather as well, Whoever beats Mayweather first in his prime would be an instant ATG and a fan favourite forever for beating the guy "That everybody wanted to lose"
