catch wieght is the new divison. they should just fight at there best wt class
if a guy comes in 147 and he's better he should be able to beat 154.
and if the 154 wants to fight 160 whats the big deal.ive seen in the gym
guys spar at dif wt and the better guy gets the best of it. if a fighter is a champ at his 147 he just cant come in over 154 to much is put in this 5/10lbs is nothing.the better fighter wins,so if pac wants to fight cotto its 154 or nothing.
pac can come in 106 if he wants just not above 154.

look, what im sayin is yea ok, pac did it once, he fought cotto at a catchweight and won. i generally didnt have a prolem with tht one. but if pac does it again, its just too much. cottos a grown man sure, he can make his choices, but hes a warrior. he dnt back down from fights, we all kno this. he'll go head first into that fight. pac can fight someone else at a catch weight at 154.

As much as this fight is ******, you can't expect Manny to go up to 154, that is WAY too high for him, and if Cotto wants the fight, he'll do it.

Besides, Junior Middleweight is 148-154, so technically it is a Jr. Middleweight fight at any weight in that range.

That's the thing... Manny doesn't have to go up to 154, he come in as light as he wants.

But the champion of that weightclass should be able to come in at the limit of the weight class that he defends that title in.

Don't get carried away. It may not be the fight I want to watch but I'd pay for it along with at least another million plus buyers
