As much as this fight is ******, you can't expect Manny to go up to 154, that is WAY too high for him, and if Cotto wants the fight, he'll do it.
Besides, Junior Middleweight is 148-154, so technically it is a Jr. Middleweight fight at any weight in that range.Comment
