Don't make it a title fight if the champion is not allowed to weigh in at the limit. Period.

first off, this weak a$$ rematch should not even be an option for manny's next fight. people used to make so much fun of floyd's opponents, well manny's the funny one if he goes through with a rematch that nobody gives a fucck about.. the first fight was a shut out, why repeat it ? and if he fights margarito, i will remove him from my top 10 and even his most loyal fans should do so as well....

Uacceptable perhaps, but this is probably what's needed before the legions of mindless Pacquiao fans see the situation for what it's worth. This has nothing to do with Pacquiao being afraid but fans need to understand that if he loses his brand takes a huge ****ing hit, same with Mayweather.

I will say that I was surprised that Mayweather agreed to so many of Manny's demands the first time around.

I do agree i think for the title it shouldnt be a catchweight, but hey if Cotto agrees to the catchweight then thats on him. You cant get mad at Pac if Cotto agrees to the terms.
