I place the blame squarely on Pac 100%. OST is no sort of excuse/reason for a fight not to happen. It's trivial at best, and absolutely laughable in reality that something so simple should stop this fight.

I liked all the Bourne movies

And, I didn't like any of the Bond movies except the one with Halle Berry in it.... But, that is for obvious reasons.... It had nothing to do with the plot of the movie.

Well from past facts Mayweather has never had a problem negotating with De la Hoya, Hatton or JMM but Pacquiao has especially with De la Hoya and Hatton where he refuse to fight so how is that for facts?
