I met shook hands, took pictures with both "Irish" Micky Ward and "The Clones Cyclone" Barry Mcguigan.

I also met Terry Norris, Alexis Arguello, Bobby Chacon, Bert Sugar, and Micky Ward's trainer/half brother ****y Eckglund (an awesome guy, actually shot the **** w/ him and a bit w/ Micky)

So I also met Watson ofcourse. I've traded punches with Dean Francis, Glenn Catley, Howard Eastman, Neville Brown, Ryan Rhodes - all sparring. I trained alongside the likes of Jane Couch. I've met Benn, Lennox(*******), Naz(*******), spoke with Audley Harrison as amateurs in 98, Richie Woodhall(very nice guy), Jimmy McDonnell held focus mitts for me a few times, spoke with Carl Froch when we were due to meet at 99 ABA's(I got put out in the semi's thankfully). I met Mike McCallum twice(an honour), he visited my old gym when he came to defend his WBA Middle title against Michael Watson in 1990 and he again came to my old gym in 1995 when he defended his WBC Light-Heavy title on the Benn-McClellan undercard, The Body Snatcher gave me a few tips!

The two guys I'd love to meet most are Eubank and Tyson.
What kind of tips did mike the bodysnatcher gave you?

He saw that I was using shadow boxing as just a warm-up exercise and told me that if you want to punch in combinations, you have to make shadow boxing your serious workout. He says thats what gave him an edge over everybody else, because nobody approached shadow boxing seriously enough. He also showed me how to Body Snatch

The guy's just got one of those faces you wanna slap. He just seemed to ignore me and try to belittle me kind of thing, I don't know why. I can still see him now.. when I'd say something to him he'd kind of say in a slow, ignorant, pompous voice "yeah, man" and kind of nod slightly while turning his back on me. The guy's an *******.

Naz came up to me when I was working on the heavy bag and told me that I wasn't snapping my jab and then walked away shaking his head. Later he didn't even look at me while shaking my hand.
