John Duddy and Chavez Jr= irrelevant. Both of these fighters stink, if chavez beat angulo or a kermit cintron then i might be paying attention. Looks like Top Rank is trying to set up a name fight with cotto but if its on ppv no one will buy

it looked like he really clicks with freddie, but think the jury is still out with chavez jr. i think he needs more experience then go for a big name.he can fight the b-level fighters like duddy all nite,crazy for arum to think cotto/chavez at 154 would be challenging, cotto eat him alive.

It always surprises me that everyone will say before a fight... this is Jrs best test to date, this is his toughest fight, this fight will show what hes all about. Then he wins and the same people who commented will say... who cares, he fought against a b or c class fighter. Oh his opponent wasnt anything. No matter how you look at him or how much you hate him cuz hes the son of a legend with no amatuer career, they both gave a great fight last night, much more exciting than any Mayweather fight.. so just stop the hating and enjoy a great fight when a great fight happens, doesnt matter who fights. I think he still needs work to fight someone like Cotto, but if he were to fight and beat Cotto these same phuckers who are here saying hed be killed fighting Cotto will then say.. oh well Cotto was old, oh if he fought Cotto 3years ago then it would be a good fight... just stop hating and inventing reasons to hate Jr.

One of the more entertaining fights I've seen in a while. Chavez looked really good and Duddy is one of the toughest guys I've seen in a long time. Very good fight!

Great fight !!!!! No hugging, running, or holding like Mayweather, Cintron, etc. Chavez showed a great resistance, Duddy too. Both have great hearts.
