Hands down! Roach is the current best trainer out there. Delahoya would have beaten Floyd had he listened to Roach not to abandon his Jabs.Ever wonder why every prospect boxers wants Roach to train them.Floyd SR can eat Roach's shorts. HAHAHA

Glad he won but he still has a long way to go, considerng he has over 40 fights and Duddy was a step up in class for him. But he still won, lets just hope we don't have another 40 fights before we see him against a contender.

Can Jr even make 154 anymore? If he does he might be weakened. At 160 there are too many up and coming wolves that I would not put him in the ring with yet. I mean what chances would he have against Jacobs, Pirog, Benavidez or Lemieux? I certainly don't give him much of one.
