Why do Pacquiao fans HATE Floyd?

If the commission isn't interested in improving their tests, what's wrong with a fighter deciding that at least his bouts will have OST. If it was directed at Pacquiao then he wouldn't have asked Mosley. If Mayweather wants the rest of his fights to have that kind of testing, i see nothing wrong with that. A fighter must always protect himself.

The test was directed towards pac. Of course, floyd would ask shane to go through with ost. He just asked a guy who has no history of taking peds to take it. How would he look like if he didn't ask someone who has? I agree though that better testing should be implemented, but it should be a standard, not a stipulation.
