If the commission isn't interested in improving their tests, what's wrong with a fighter deciding that at least his bouts will have OST. If it was directed at Pacquiao then he wouldn't have asked Mosley. If Mayweather wants the rest of his fights to have that kind of testing, i see nothing wrong with that. A fighter must always protect himself.
